1. This website is operated by Laura Marie Clothing Limited. Terms such as "we" , "us" and "our" refer to Laura Marie Clothing Limited where they are used in these terms and conditions.

2. .By purchasing something from our store you agree to bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order.

Once an order is placed we work very quickly to get your order sent, we aim to ship your items within 5 -10 working days. Our UK customers should expect delivery of goods within 7-14 working days.

Laura Marie Clothing is under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed shipment or wrong shipping address. Should your parcel get sent back to us due to this you will have to pay a new shipping fee for it to be sent back to you.

Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping times are just a guide and not guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to return products you have bought from lauramarieclothing.co.uk for an exchange, within 14 DAYS of your order. We don't offer exchange on any personalised items.

All items must be UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with labels and packaging intact.

When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

As soon as we have received your return we will process your exchange within 14 days.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges and we have the rights to refuse an exchange if the return policy is not adhered to.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been used.

If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please state by email when returning unused item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
You must retain your proof of postage in the case the goods do not arrive (we advise recorded delivery). If we do not receive the goods within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return.
